MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Emerging talent are paired with industry leaders for a six-month training experience, focused on professional development and network building through personal consultation, workshops, job shadowing, and attending industry events.

The program begins with a Banff-based week-long, in-person intensive with industry professionals. Following the workshop, mentees will continue to receive support via monthly mentorship meetings.

Additionally, during the six months of the program, we will work with the mentees to find job shadowing and work placement opportunities.

Participants are flown out to Banff for an all expenses paid week-long intensive with industry professionals.
